Grapes sourced in the Ramona Valley AVA. Known as Shiraz in Australia. Dark and dense, full bodied, low to moderate acids. 14.5% ABV, 750ml, 32 cases produced. We warn guests when they are doing a flight or tasting, that this wine is quite different from the rest of our line. Earthy, leathery, oaky, smoky, bacony. Food pairings: lamb with lots of garlic and basil, spiced cheeses, wild game, smoked or BBQ turkey, pungent sauces, peppercorn steak.
