These were the ripest fruits in our vineyard last year, a gorgeous harvest that roused the yeast into producing a well-rounded pinot gris rosé that has more body than any white wine we have produced here. Decidedly less acidic than previous vintages, the butter and banana notes are redolent of a warmer climate than we enjoy here. Aggressive pruning, defoliating and finally defruiting led to this beautiful, microbatch of pinot gris we offer to you.
