A distinctive blend of Merlot, Cab Sauv, Tannat and Petit Verdot. Grapes were sourced from the very best parts of our vineyards and vinified separately. After four months of aging in small oak, both neutral and new, the wine was blended into a large Italian botte and aged an additional 6 months. All lots were naturally vinified harnessing spontaneous fermentations and minimal additions. Blend: 40% Merlot, 20% PV, 20% CS, 20% Tannat
