Mine, Mine, Mine port style dessert wine was created with several things in mind. First, I didn't want the alcohol to be so high as to burn on the tongue so I only fortified it to 18% using aged brandy. Secondly, I didn't want the sweetness to be as high as most dessert wines so I lowered it so you can have a glass of wine instead of just a sip! Lastly, I wanted it to be beautiful red-purple in color, lots of fruit in the beginning and a long lingering oak finish. Your are going to love this wine and soon you'll be saying "Get Away.... This is Mine Mine Mine!
