We craft our pommeau with 100% fresh-pressed juice using a blend of dessert and heirloom apples
and Sonoma County sourced Gravenstein apple brandy aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Distinct baked apple, toasted graham cracker and almost butterscotch/brown sugar character., followed by tobacco and twine. It is quite sweet
and is complemented by notes of over-ripe apples and fruit leather. It's completed with several layers of velvet and a boozy finish.
