This wine is crisp, and flavorful, made in an old-world style, unfiltered, barrel fermented in new French oak.
The hand-picked grapes come from a tiny vineyard near Wenatchee, on a north-facing mountain-top.
Notes
At crush, we gave the grapes 36 hours of skin contact, cold-settled the must and fermented in new French oak hogs-heads. Batonnage was performed in the barrel, sur lie, for six months.
