Our estate-grown 2021 Vino Signora is a blend of 40% Traminette, 40% Viognier and 20% Pinot Gris, stainless steel fermented and aged. Off-dry, this wine has beautiful rose water and lemon on the nose, which gives way to more lemon. This wine pairs well with spicy foods, like Thai and Mexican cuisine.
