70% Cabernet Franc, 25% Chambourcin, 5% Petit Verdot from all estate grown grapes. This is a dry rosé that was left on the skins for only a few hours to impart it’s vibrant color. Stainless steel fermentation gives this Rose a crisp mouth feel with vibrant acidity. Half of the Chambourcin was fermented on the pomace of Viognier skins. Hibiscus and strawberry on the nose give way to tart cherry and rhubarb, with a smooth finish.
