Our house-made artisan chocolates are made weekly at Glass House Winery by our in-house chocolatier, Michelle Sanders. This 4-piece box contains 4 luxurious pieces that pair best with white wines, each enrobed in 72% dark chocolate unless otherwise noted, and exquisitely decorated with colored cocoa butter designs. The flavors included are 1 each of:
Salted Caramel – handmade caramel blended with white chocolate and sea salt
Salted Peanut Butter – Salted all-natural crunchy peanut butter ball on a milk chocolate ganache layer
Raspberry Champagne – raspberry milk chocolate ganache with carbonated bubbles
Alfajor – shortbread cookies with dulce de leche enrobed in white chocolate
