Amore “Love” – Sangiovese Rosé
Floral and limestone reminiscent of a summer breeze
This rosé is made from 100% Sangiovese juice extracted from the grapes we use for Truscano before fermentation begins. The juice is then loaded into neutral barrels and left to begin fermenting on its own, sometimes called a “native” or “spontaneous” fermentation because no commercially grown yeast was added. This method of winemaking enhances the natural floral and mineral character of Sangiovese while maintaining a light and crisp palate.
