My Grandfather came to America searching for the American dream and like many Italians he brought the tradition of wine making with him. I have fond memories of watching him make wine, his favorite was Zinfandel and was always a feature on the family dinner table. Our Zinfandel is a full bodied, bold, earthy, zesty & spicy wine. There are hints of cherry, pepper, cinnamon and clove with a lovely deep red color and works well with meat and sauce dishes. This is not a dry wine, but combined with its other attributes make this wine sell out one year in advance of its release.
