Definitely the prettiest Solas Nua we've ever made. The color, always a big part of the beauty, is almost surreal, with cranberry, violet, and a whisper of mint leaf on the nose. The mouthfeel is bright, and brings rose petal, tart cherry, and a long, slightly umami finish.
