This 100% heirloom Gravenstein cider comes from dry-farmed apples foraged from 120-year-old trees from the Sonoma area. This was fermented and aged half in oak barrels and half in stainless steel, and then blended and naturally carbonated and conditioned in the bottle. It's dry, effervescent, and is very pleasantly floral.

While this orange wine is not, in fact, made with any oranges, it does taste pretty darn citrussy - Valencia oranges, limes, and a little lemon rind come to mind. Several days of skin-contact give this one some grippy tannins and a hint of salinity to back up the big citrus energy. A taste of this will transport your mind to windsurfing on a nice, warm, Mediterranean day!

We could tell you this is a 50/50 blend of Graciano and Monastrell with pleasant tannins, lots of red fruit notes, that was aged in neutral oak. Or we could just say this is the Spanish-style red blend you want in your heart of hearts when you want a red wine. Don't overthink it. Just mess 'em up.

2023 Bacchus

White Blend

Alcohol 13.5%
Bacchus is the cool younger cousin Riesling always wishes it had. A cross of Riesling and Muller-Thurgau grapes, our Bacchus is full of pear and honey notes, while maintaining a crisp attitude. This particular planting grows along the Mokulemne River, which flooded several times during this very wet vintage. We don't own a jetski, but if we did, it would have been a great time to use it. And conveniently, this wine would be extra refreshing after a rad day of jetskiing.
