This is a solid austere rosé with an aroma focused on grapefruit rind, honeycomb, a deep spring honeysuckle and a nuance of allspice near the back of the aroma. On the palate, this dry rosé has many of the red fruit flavor qualities that make a rose so enjoyable. There are delicate flavors of light blueberry, peach and pie crust.
