Plumb notes and rounded vanilla tannins of the finish. This wine is very similar to our previous release - which sold out in 3 months!
The 2016 vintage Saint Pepin is made from locally grown Wisconsin grapes. It opens with a bright citrus nose and pronounced lemony tartness on the finish. Gooseberry and Lychee flavors abound on the mid-palate. This white wine will mellow with an additional year of aging.
