To celebrate the rich and often jocular tradition of thoroughbred racing in Maryland, Fiore has crafted a special fruitier style of Chambourcin blended with just a touch of Muscato. The complementary style exhibits both the classical and playful flavors of Italy. Pairs well with all Italian food especially pizza. Best when served at “cellar” temperature (~60o F) – if necessary refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
