As the foremost producer of east-coast Chambourcin, Fiore has vinified an exceptional premium red wine that exhibits complex tannins, well balanced acid and abundant flavors of fruit. Aged in oak barrels for over two years, this deep garnet wine provides toasty vanilla-like notes together with flavors of plum and raspberry accompanied by a bouquet of herb and floral fragrances. An excellent accompaniment to all Italian food, anything grilled, beef, pork, lamb, chicken or turkey. Best when served at “cellar” temperature (~60o F) – if necessary refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
