Dry White Wine is very fruit forward. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and Fiji Apple with a touch of honey and a long crisp mineral finish.
It pairs with creamy white cheese sauces, basil pesto, grilled chicken or fish, mushrooms, seafood and apple dishes.
The grape is Chardonel, a hybrid of Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. It tastes like an unoaked Chardonnay. All grapes grown in our vineyard and a second in Western NC
