This wine has special meaning for us here on the vineyard. It is our very first release of wine since embarking on our dream. We hope as you drink this wine it will encourage you to embark on your own journey. The wine is made from 100% cabernet grapes; we opted to call it “table wine” simply because coming from a young vine, it does not have that big bold mouth that you would expect from a cab, it’s a little lighter. Nonetheless, it is lovely to enjoy with a meal. It has notes of cherry and raspberry with more than a hint of oak. After sitting in bottles since September 2015, this wine is ready to drink and enjoy. We only produced 72 cases of this wine so we have limited availability.
