Nose: Blueberry pomegranate tea, with spice notes and a hint of balsamic white pepper.
Mouth:Cranberry raspberry turns to blueberry pomegranate mid palate with a nice long cranberry tea finish.
Food Pairing: The softer tannins and well balanced wine pairs well with a wide range of foods. One of my favorites is a pork butt cooking on the treagar and topped with mushrooms cooked in a pinot reduction sauce.
