This is a medium dry wine made with estate-grown organic Valiant grapes. With notes of cherry and vanilla, this is a very smooth wine. 2022 is the first year we have made a Valiant variety without sweetening it (we consider it "Uncensored"). For those who prefer a sweeter wine, we made that, as well (The Black Sheep)!
