This Moscato has shocked us all...although no one in our family is a "sweet wine drinker", this is actually a family favorite! It is a sweet wine but well-balanced and smooth. Tasting notes include black currant, cherry and raisin. Many of our customers requested us to make a sweet wine and we gave it a "Free Ride" into the vineyard...but, as it turns out, we really love it!

During harvest, we take organic Marquette grapes and press them and pull some of the juice off immediately to make a Rose' (the juice doesn't ferment with the grape skins like the Marquette grape juice does). This Blush has aromas of caramel and cherry with a strawberry, lemon & vanilla finish. This crisp wine is full-bodied and very refreshing.

This is a medium dry wine made with estate-grown organic Valiant grapes. With notes of cherry and vanilla, this is a very smooth wine. 2022 is the first year we have made a Valiant variety without sweetening it (we consider it "Uncensored"). For those who prefer a sweeter wine, we made that, as well (The Black Sheep)!
