Our flagship red wine grape, Sparkling in style - 100% Counoise Notes of summertime sweet-tart and South Texas Grapefruit. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside casual fare. Pairs with spicy and exotically flavored game dishes or patio/porch hydration. A dark-skinned wine grape that is grown primarily in the Rhône Valley of France. Counoise adds a peppery note and acidity to a blended red wine and is one of the 13 original Châteauneuf-du-Pape varieties. Farmhouse Vineyards was the first to plant this grape in Texas.
