The long finish is marked with flavors of ripe, juicy Bartlett pears and a smile. Pairs beautifully with the very young, the seasoned souls, and undoubtedly the best things at the table. Think inevitably Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta, Lemon Curd Pie, and Texas Hill Country Peach Cobbler, and the likes of her were made for one another.

While she is an immediate friend to those just discovering the wonderful world of wine she serves a dual purpose like everything on the farm must. Place her at the end of a 5 star, 5 course dinner and she will hold her own with finest desert wines and late harvest beauties from around the world.
