Our Zinfandel grapes comes from old-growth vines in Lake County, east of Napa Valley. Three batches of Zinfandel arrived at Fabbioli Cellars. The fruit looked so good that Doug decided to choose the best of the best to make Reserve Zinfandel. These grapes gave us the opportunity to make something different that was uniquely special and quite fruit driven. After fermentation, the juice was aged in newer oak barrels for the biggest impact to the end product. Out 2015 Zinfandel Reserve truly represents the best of both coasts, showcasing it's California roots and Virginia craftsmanship.

The varietal composition of the Something White changes each year, giving Doug creative license to select the best available fruit from the year’s harvest. For 2016, it is a blend of Vidal Blanc and Petit Manseng. The nose is bright with aromas of crisp green pears, juicy yellow grapefruit, and mild sun-kissed honeysuckle. The palate mimics the nose with more bright crisp pears and sharp yellow grapefruit on the finish.
Una Pera has become one of our more popular wines for all seasons. The nose features irresistible aromas of fresh crisp pears, honey and bananas with warm undertones of baking spices. The palate is full of lush fresh pears with continuing flavors of honey on the finish. The wine’s lively acid is balanced nicely with subtle hints of sweet sugar.
This 100% Loudoun wine is such a delight. The nose is filled with incredible fresh white blossoms with vanilla and fresh coconut. The palate bursts open with fresh green apple and bright lemons with creamy, smooth butterscotch on the finish.

Life is quite unpredictable, but the one thing that can be counted on is the unfailing consistency of Fabbioli Cellars’ Cabernet Franc. It is a traditional blend of Cabernet Franc with bits of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot, creating a medium-bodied red. The nose is full of floral notes, vanilla, and sweet red cherries. The palette has dark cranberries, pepper and spice with bold tannins on the finish.
WOW, our 2018 Zinfandel is the gift that keeps on giving. This medium-bodied red is made from 100% California fruit. The nose is sweet and aromatic filled with layers of raspberries and cherries and wrapped in waves of peppery spice. The palate is both velvety and jammy, flaunting more flavors of ripe, dark berries on front of the mouth and continuing throughout the palate with a heated, savory finish. Yummy!
Our 2016 Sangiovese is a balanced light-bodied red wine that holds true to its Italian heritage. The nose presents aromas of smoky cedar, cherries, earth. The mouth starts with sharp, dry cherries and pomegranates then finishes with a bright spice.
Tre Sorelle means “Three Sisters” in Italian. Certainly a “true Tre Sorelle,” the nose opens with hints of vanilla followed by earthy cherries and warm smokiness. Hardy black cherries are found in the front of the palate with berries and caramel towards the end accented by stronger tannins on the finish.
The nose is heavy with smells of butterscotch, fresh pears and mild oak. The mouth has a kick, opening with punches of pear, spice and ginger then finishing with sweet, thick notes of vanilla. Our port-style dessert wine is ready to be enjoyed now but will also continue to develop with age and has a long cellaring capacity.
