This is our annual release of Scarlett just in time for the holidays. Whole blackberries & raspberries cold extracted in dry Sonoma County heirloom apple cider for 2 weeks. This year the result is light yet flavorful blend of fragrant berries on the nose with bubbles and a velvety texture.
