Our Estate grown red blend of Merlot, Chambourcin and a touch of Syrah that together create a multi-layered wine with complex structure. Flavors of cherry and black plum are rounded out by a mild spice, earthiness and balanced tannins.
Hummingbird is 100% Estate grown Chambourcin, with a touch of Merlot, and features chacteristics of vanilla and coffee offering red and black berry flavors. Slightly sweet and fruit-forward wine, aged in Hungarian oak, exhibits a lingering fruity and spicy finish.
Our Estate grown Cabernet Franc, aged in French and Hungarian Oak, is a medium-bodied wine with the perfect balance of fruit and spice. The black plum, cherry and tannins result in a beautifully balanced wine.
Trillium is a 100% Estate grown “Bordeaux” blend of Cabernet Savignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Chambourcin. Nice fruit and acidity flavors of black cherry, black currant, and anise. Bronze Medal awarded in San Francisco.
Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in French and Hungarian Oak, is a full-bodied wine with notes of black cherry, currant and spice. Finishes smooth with just the right balance of tannins and wonderful depth.
