Our 2013 Red Willow Syrah 8 Clones is a blend of 94% Syrah, 4% Viognier, and 2% Grenache all from Red Willow Vineyard. The Clonal Block of Red Willow Syrah was planted in 2005 and contains eight different clones of Syrah. Bright, dark red. Smoky aromas of raspberry and meat. Concentrated, sweet and saline, with flavors of red berries, game, chocolate and spices. "...a dazzling sense of purity that carries through the finish" (Wine Enthusiast, 92 points, Editor's Choice). Total production: 366 cases.
