The 2013 Red Willow Vineyard David's Block Bordeaux Field Blend includes all six Bordeaux varieties - 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec, 9% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot, 8% Carmenere, and 4% Petit Verdot. The aromas offer pleasing complexities of toast, earth, fresh herbs, red and black fruit, flowers and plum. The elegant palate brings a lovely sense of balance, purity, and texture that keeps the attention high straight through the coffee-filled finish. Total production: 305 cases.
