100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Seven Hills West Vineyard and Dwelley Vineyard in the Walla Walla AVA. Intense primary aromas of black currant and dark cherry are followed by hints of cedar. On the palate, those flavors are confirmed and embellished with cinnamon, chocolate, and brioche toast. Balance is the star here. The tannins, while assertive, have been polished by lengthy aging and give this wine a strong backbone. The acidity elevates all of the flavor components. Still developing, please decant this wine for an hour before serving. Or cellar up to ten years.
