Bright red in color, this wine has aromas that bring thoughts of fresh strawberries, raspberry, and red
cherry with slight notes of vanilla and leather. It is a medium bodied wine, with nice layers of berry fruit,
soft approachable tannins, and earthy structure with a good finish from balanced acidity. This wine could
easily pair with Memphis barbeque ribs in a whiskey barbeque sauce, Grilled bone in pork chops with a
cherry reduction sauce, or even simple grilled Montreal skirt steak and French fries with a Belgian
