100% Riesling, 100% Finger Lakes terroir selection. Our late harvest Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard site predominant in shalestone and clay soils. Hand picked December 20th on grapes that developed something known as botrytis, or noble rot. Each grape has been handpicked individually, and yields were very tiny. Partial Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tank and neutral oak barrel for only seven months.
Nearly pure nectar in the bottle! Enjoyable now, or if you have the willpower, can be cellared for twenty years!
