This Blanc de Noirs 2012 is a Sparkling with character, notable for its elegance and aromatic complexity. This Sparkling Blanc de Noirs includes Pinot Meunier which is rarely planted in the Finger Lakes. Pinot Meunier is shaping this wine with great elegance and precision. Moreover, this 2012 vintage is the ONLY Blanc de Noirs we have produced so far. Our Blanc de Noirs pairs well with soft cheese such as Brie or Camembert. The acidity and bubbles also allows it to go well with rich, salty food and creamy or oily dishes.
