Domaine Artefact's Late Harvest Mission Olive oil is grown to organic standards, is hand harvested and milled within 4 hours of picking so its classified as "EVOO" (extra virgin olive oil). It has a buttery consistency, is high in polyphenols and has a bright olive nose. Mission Olives were hybridized by the Spanish Missionaries and is considered an endangered "Heritage Food".
