Moonwobble (white blend): Adventuresome patio wine with notes of ripe apples, pineapple and lychee. Pair with semi-soft cheeses, an apple slaw or even curry dishes. Serve slightly chilled.
Saros (red blend): Nouveau inspired wine with a fresh, youthful feel of darker fruits such as plum and black cherry with a lingering finish. Pair with single cream brie or even a gorgonzola to bring out the subtle, spicy undertones. Serve cool.
