It’s been two long years since we featured our Cabernet Franc on the tasting notes, and it will be the first release of our red varietals from our extraordinary 2021 harvest year. The extra aging we gave it has yielded beautiful aromas of raspberry on the nose leading into a well-balanced, smooth, earthy taste on the palate and finishing with sly notes of spice!
