Dobbins Creek Riesling is planted on the east slope of Hemric Mountain that features a well-drained loamy mica schist soil that contributes excellent minerality to the mid palate and is complimented by crisp acidity. We added 1% of our 2023 Chardonnay to round out the structure, depth and flavour of the wine.
