What an amazing moment we are living, can you believe that the country is being shut down by a microscopic bug? This is the stuff of fiction novels. As a team we have been working on the way to share our passion for wine, and to help you enjoy your home time without having to break quarantine.
So, we have come up with a "Quarantine 6-Pack" of our exciting wines.
Six wines from our 3 brands: Disruption, Borrowed Time and LO-VE. To make this easier on you, we are dropping the price on the mixed pack by 25% and offering free shipping. Of course, if you want to purchase individual wines, you still can, just follow the direct shipping prompts on each website.
A little about our family of wineries:
Disruption: Andrew Latta and I are very excited about the current Disruption releases! All of the wines are rocking, showing the trademark Washington fruit expression, while still being soft and yummy. www.disruptionwine.com
Borrowed Time Wines: I made this collection out of Lodi, CA. They are Californian in style, big & juicy BUT with lots of bright fruit. I don’t see why you have to sacrifice bright fruit so you can do big and juicy! I believe we have achieved both, I really hope you like these two wines. Also, they are certified sustainable! www.borrowedtimewines.com
LO-VE: The last wine we added into the "Quarantine 6-Pack” is the new LO-VE 6. I spent 10 years, living and making wine in Spain. I challenged myself when I left to make one wine that expressed all that I love about Spanish wine, and this is it, beautiful bright cherry pie fruit with silky texture, an ideal wine for pretty much anything can think to do at home that includes wine.

Our 2018 Riesling is slightly off-dry with juicy, elegant fruit flavors of Mandarin orange, lime leaf and candied ginger. Aromas of white flowers, jasmine, and spice pop out of the glass. It is an outstanding complement to spicy cuisines. All of the fruit is from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVA. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed directly to a stainless steel tank. The juice is fermented at cold temperatures for a two month period, preserving the remarkable aromatics in the fruit.
Our 2017 Chardonnay is crafted from two of Washington’s best vineyard sources: the Evergreen and Sundance vineyards. These sites offer a dichotomy of climates, producing grapes with two very different flavor profiles. The cooler Evergreen fruit is aromatic with bright flavors and a ripping acid structure. Sundance is warmer, producing ripe, fruit-forward, tropical flavors. The Evergreen juice sees a touch of 25% new French oak. The already rich Sundance juice was vinified in stainless steel. The finished blend produced a beautifully balanced and delicious wine. On the nose, breathe in aromas of tropical fruit and apple blossom. Flavors of juicy pineapple and toasty vanilla dance in this rich, layered wine. The touch of new French oak adds notes of baking spice and cardamom.
Our 2016 Red Wine shows the fervor of Bordeaux and Rhône varieties from Columbia Valley. The fruit is sourced from the Wahluke Slope and the Art Den Hoed vineyards in Yakima; the warmest sites in the Columbia Valley. Aromas of homemade raspberry preserves and spice jump from the glass. Flavors of cooked berries harmonize with plum and rhubarb. Cabernet Sauvignon is the backbone, providing structure from older vines. Syrah brings spice and fragrant, high-toned aromas. Merlot provides the berry fruit, rounding out a complex and layered wine. Fifteen percent of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels with the balance in neutral casks.
The fruit for our Merlot was sourced from the Wahluke Slope Vineyard, one of Washington State’s best resources for red wine grapes. The wine offers aromas of black plum with enticing notes of vanilla and spice. The fruit is intense with exceptional color and freshness. The wine is aged in 25% new French oak barrels to soften the tannins and provide structure. On the palate it is velvety with excellent acidity and long lasting

This Cabernet is robust, yet elegant, with powerful structure. The 2017 vintage is sourced from pristine vineyards in Washington State’s Wahluke Slope. On the nose, the wine offers aromas of sunbaked earth and lots of ripe berry fruit. The texture is smooth and round, with lasting flavors of rhubarb, black plum, and a touch of cedar from 20% new French oak. The finish goes on and on with outstanding acidity to balance the tannin structure.
The 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is dark and intense with a deep, ruby-colored core. The nose offers rich, layered aromas of black cherry and cocoa. The texture is velvety soft and seductive, with a finely balanced acid and tannin structure. On the palate, taste flavors of blackberry, baked plum, and clove. “I have been coming back to Lodi since my first visit in 1995. I love the big, ripe fruit that Lodi has to offer. The chardonnay tends to have lots of peach and apricot flavors and a decadence in the mid-palate. My goal for this wine was to support the naturally rich style with bright fruit characteristics and acid. A touch of vanilla from French oak and time on the lees round out the complete wine. This is a California chardonnay with elegance and opulence to pair with food or enjoy on the patio at the end of the day."

A luscious California Cabernet, the wine offers aromas of black fruit and cedar on the nose. On the palate, notes of cassis and blueberry are complemented by a subtle toastiness from a touch of French oak. Like life, the wine is complex and should be savored.

“I have been coming to Lodi since my first visit in 1995 with Randall Grahm, when I was visiting Bonny Doon Vineyards. I always loved the big ripe fruit that Lodi has to offer, the Cabernet tends to have lots of plum and blackberry, classic to Cabernet. What I wanted to do was to support this rich fruit with some oak and lees and some aged wine. I found when making the Locations wines with Dave Phinney that when we were able to blend in small amounts of older wine, it really helped soften the wine, it only needs a small amount to give a big impact. This wine is mainly 2018 with a small amount of 2017 blended to help soften and lengthen the back palate, Cabernet in particular is quiet angular as a young wine and by being able to blend in this older wine gives a wonderful soft rich palate while at the same time showing off the fresh rich Cabernet characters.”

“When I first went to Rioja I saw these wonderful old trailers bearing fruit coming into the wineries. I was struck by the arrangement of the letters on the license plates, which indicate the region of Spain the tractor is registered in. In Rioja, the letters read LO-VE...”
