Our 2018 Riesling is slightly off-dry with juicy, elegant fruit flavors of Mandarin orange, lime leaf and candied ginger. Aromas of white flowers, jasmine, and spice pop out of the glass. It is an outstanding complement to spicy cuisines. All of the fruit is from the Evergreen Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes of Columbia Valley AVA. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed directly to a stainless steel tank. The juice is fermented at cold temperatures for a two month period, preserving the remarkable aromatics in the fruit.
