The Reserve is a 6-barrel selection from our 2017 Vintage, a mix of 5 clones of Pinot Noir - 115, 114, 667, 777, and Pommard, reflecting the best barrels we produced. Color shows a nice dark-for-pinot Ruby. There is vanilla on the nose, a hint of darker fruit with a bit of an earthy background. On the palate, flavors please with Italian plum and cherry cobbler cooked in a cast iron skillet, perhaps one seasoned with delicious bacon. Toffee finish
