Bright fresh watermelon on the nose, with strawberries, and undercurrent of slate stone. More watermelon and rich creamy strawberries, burst all juicy onto the palate— It tastes like a CO-VID free day at the pool. The Rosé has lovely acidity with a backbone hint of lemon rind and a strawberry whipped cream finish. Really, it’s like drinking strawberry shortcake... but with bubbles!
