This wine is a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Chardonnay and 1% Viognier. It was aged in Stainless Steel to preserve the alluring bouquet and rich aromas of lemongrass, lime and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is flavorful and vibrant with layers of mandarin orange, lemon zest, guava and candied pineapple.

100% stainless: Our Dry Riesling is very concentrated overflowing with aromas of pineapple, dried apricot, pear and a light touch of lemon zest on the nose. The secondary fruit flavors of cantaloupe and passion fruit are delightfully balanced with fresh and crisp acidity. Pairs well with salads, toasted nuts, soft cheeses and chocolates.

This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. This enchanting wine was fermented dry and aged in stainless steel for seven months. The wine begins with elegant aromas of honey with a palate of poached pear and granny smith apple, along with a subtle hint of key lime. A superb and unique patio sipper.

This is an extraordinary example of stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. The wine possesses a medley of orange blossom, lemon curd, apples and honey on the nose. The aroma carries through to the palate with a rich, smooth texture and a persistent finish. The wine will be perfect match with a fresh salad, semi-hard cheeses, lobster, grilled fish or pan seared scallops.

The aroma of this wine is reminiscent of a bouquet of jasmine, honeysuckle and lime blossoms. The mid-palate is a deluge of succulent white fig carried along by the natural acidy of this special white wine. The juice was vinified, and aged in stainless steel to capture the richness of the fruit while allowing the purity to carry through in a long, lush and lingering finish. This resulted in a delicately smooth and very refreshing Alsatian Pinot Gris style wine focused entirely on the full-bodied character of the fruit.

Our Pinot Noir Rosé wine is seductively aromatic with a vivid and delicately fresh finish. Every sip of this wine spells pleasure and easy drinking with its charming notes of strawberry jam, ripe red raspberry fruit and mouthwatering finish. This is the perfect wine to enjoy with brunch, picnics, barbecues or all by itself. Serve at cool room temperature or lightly chilled.

65% Cabernet Sauvignon - 17% Cabernet Franc - 10% Merlot - 8% Carménère
This old world style dry Rose emits notes of ripe berries and exotic fruit.  The exquisite blend fills the glass with aromas of fresh cut flowers and tropical fruit while providing a lingering medium long and smooth finish.  Pairs well with a variety of seafood and spicy dishes or on its own.  Serve slightly chilled.

Our Dolce Bianco Vignoles is a seductively supple white wine finished in a sweet style. In the glass, the wine emits Honeysuckle and wild flowers on the nose evolving into peach, pineapple, mango and tropical fruit on the palate. The transition to the mid-palate is seamless, with the fresh creamy citrus finish. Enjoy with apple, pear, nut tarts and cheese, or just by itself. Serve at room cool temperature.

This full-bodied wine emits generous aromas of wild berry, sage and spice in this fruity, bold and well-balanced wine. The ample tannins integrated with French Oak, and dark cherry flavors all contribute to a palate that keeps reverberating throughout the finish. The wine’s dark ripe fruit, spice and earth tones are classic hallmarks of grapes from Silver Concho Vineyard. This wine will continue to evolve with an additional 8-12 years of bottle age.

Merlot expresses notes of ripe bing cherry, violet, tobacco, bay leaf, mocha, dark chocolate, earthiness and rich baking spices. This red wine is dry, medium-bodied with medium acidity and characteristically soft tannins.

This multidimensional wine provides a rich red opulent color in the glass and the nose emits aromas of dark cherry juice, cranberry sauce, chocolate, tar and rich ripe oak. The first sip starts with bright acidity and ample tannin, balanced with French oak up front moving to lush cherries and black currants on the mid-palate with a firm yet soft and supple lingering finish. This wine has the structure to age for an additional 5 - 7 years.

This wine was aged in Medium Toast French Oak to enhance complexity and depth of flavor. This delightfully rich, complex and medium-bodied wine has notes of ripe blackberries and cassis along with hints of vanilla, leather, spice and subtle tobacco. All are wrapped around rich expansive tannins and lingering finish.

This exquisite wine is an exceptional example of Pinot Noir from our hilltop vineyard. The wine exhibits a deep and rich expression of fruit balanced with French oak aging. This wine is well structured with a spice and earthy power balanced with leather and beautifully ripe fruit. The wine drinks well now and is intended for cellaring for at least an additional 10 years.

Our Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes out of the bottle with great depth of fruit from start to finish. The wine rested 18 months in French oak barrels which developed a beautiful medium to full body toasty wine with a depth of character that transitions to rich ripe fruit intense in flavors of black cherry, plumps, blackberries and subtle oak. This spectacular wine is velvety on the palate with a long and persistent finish.

Our Ameritage is a proprietary blend of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Merlot and Malbec red wine grapes combined and aged in medium toast French oak barrels to enhance complexity and balance of the blend. This delightfully rich, medium-body wine provides flavors of ripe blackberries and subtle hints of cedar, vanilla, leather, spice and tobacco with earthy aromas of smoke and dark chocolate. All of these layers of aroma and lush flavor are well integrated with rich tannins. The smooth finish and lingering flavors are all classic hallmarks of this exquisite blend. With extended aging the wine’s dark fruit, spice and earth tones will continue to mature for an additional 10-20 years.
