This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. This enchanting wine was fermented dry and aged in stainless steel for seven months. The wine begins with elegant aromas of honey with a palate of poached pear and granny smith apple, along with a subtle hint of key lime. A superb and unique patio sipper.
100% stainless: Our Dry Riesling is very concentrated overflowing with aromas of pineapple, dried apricot, pear and a light touch of lemon zest on the nose. The secondary fruit flavors of cantaloupe and passion fruit are delightfully balanced with fresh and crisp acidity. Pairs well with salads, toasted nuts, soft cheeses and chocolates.
This is an extraordinary example of stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. The wine possesses a medley of orange blossom, lemon curd, apples and honey on the nose. The aroma carries through to the palate with a rich, smooth texture and a persistent finish. Our Dolce Bianco Vignoles is a seductively supple white wine finished in a sweet style. In the glass, the wine emits Honeysuckle and wild flowers on the nose evolving into peach, pineapple, mango and tropical fruit on the palate. The transition to the mid-palate is seamless, with the fresh creamy citrus finish. Enjoy with apple, pear, nut tarts and cheese, or just by itself. Serve at room cool temperature.

This exquisite wine is an exceptional example of Pinot Noir from our hilltop vineyard. The wine exhibits a deep and rich expression of fruit balanced with French oak aging. This wine is well structured with a spice and earthy power balanced with leather and beautifully ripe fruit. The wine drinks well now and is intended for cellaring for at least an additional 10 years.
This wine was aged in Medium Toast French Oak to enhance complexity and depth of flavor. This delightfully rich, complex and medium-bodied wine has notes of ripe blackberries and cassis along with hints of vanilla, leather, spice and subtle tobacco. All are wrapped around rich expansive tannins and lingering finish.
This multidimensional wine provides a rich red opulent color in the glass and the nose emits aromas of dark cherry juice, cranberry sauce, chocolate, tar and rich ripe oak. The first sip starts with bright acidity and ample tannin, balanced with French oak up front moving to lush cherries and black currants on the mid-palate with a firm yet soft and supple lingering finish. This wine has the structure to age for an additional 5 - 7 years.
The wine presents a nice array of herb and spice aromas, floral notes and dark fruit. The taste provides a collection of black cherry, blackberry and dark fruit flavors combined with a nice balance of brown sugar, molasses, soft pepper and tobacco. On the mid-palate, the wine showcases the elegant yet firm tannins from medium toasted French oak barrel aging that carries through to a long robust and well structured finish. This wine will continue to develop in the bottle for an additional 10-20 years.
Our Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes out of the bottle with great depth of fruit from start to finish. The wine rested 18 months in French oak barrels which developed a beautiful medium to full body toasty wine with a depth of character that transitions to rich ripe fruit intense in flavors of black cherry, plumps, blackberries and subtle oak. This spectacular wine is velvety on the palate with a long and persistent finish.
The wine was aged in 100% French Oak barrels with 20% new oak. This Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant yet well structured. With fruit forward aromas of dark cherry, black berry and black currant. A hint of black olives is interwoven with dark complex flavors of sandalwood, caramel truffles and sweet plums. The tannins are well integrated with the dark fruit providing a balanced and smooth lingering finish. With appropriate cellaring this wine should continue to improve for several years.
Our Ameritage is a proprietary blend of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Merlot and Malbec red wine grapes combined and aged in medium toast French oak barrels to enhance complexity and balance of the blend. This delightfully rich, medium-body wine provides flavors of ripe blackberries and subtle hints of cedar, vanilla, leather, spice and tobacco with earthy aromas of smoke and dark chocolate. All of these layers of aroma and lush flavor are well integrated with rich tannins. The smooth finish and lingering flavors are all classic hallmarks of this exquisite blend. With extended aging the wine’s dark fruit, spice and earth tones will continue to mature for an additional 10-20 years.
