In early 2022, we jumped on the opportunity to provide a young Grant’s zebra sanctuary to ensure his safety from being hunted for sport. Dynamite, as he is aptly named, embodies strength and curiosity as he freely grazes alongside his new herd in the pastures adjacent to our budding vineyard. Watching him thrive and blossom into a maturing stallion inspired the creation of this wine; a blend as unique as a zebra’s stripes. It’s bold, spicy, and velvety with notes of tanned leather and cocoa finishing with hints of crème brûlée and vanilla.
