- Mourvedre is currently grown around the world including France, Spain, Australia and California (and now Oregon).
-The Mourvedre grape needs a warm climatic and adequate irrigation to fully ripen.
- It is often used as a blend, but this vintage is 100% Mourvedre.
- The wine is dry with a rustic, peppery nose and hints of smokiness. Medium body with a subtle rustic clove finish.
-The wine pairs well with red meats (steak), roasted vegetables and a variety of cheeses.
