Pairings: Strip steak, turkey, shrimp & grits, wings with honey mustard, mushroom soup, broiled Fontina cheese w/garlic, chocolate chip cookies. Winemaker Notes: 75% Cabernet Franc, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. 8 months French Oak (20% new). 225 cases. VA Governor’s Cup silver medal.
