Our 2021 Viognier is sourced from Catie’s Corner Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. This cooler site helps to preserve acidity and avoid excessive sugar production. It has rich fruit flavors of stone fruit with a hint of preserved lemon and dried herbs. As usual, we blended in a small amount of Grenache Blanc for complexity.
