100% Syrah This wine is the first dessert wine that Crux has produced. We used the traditional style of Port winemaking, utilizing neutral grapes spirits to halt fermentation with a large amount of unfermented sugar. Described in terms used in Portugal, this is a ruby vintage port style wine. It has a velvety texture and rich flavor with a long, lingering finish. We expect it to age very well if you can keep your hands off of it. Residual Sugar - 7.4% ** Through Valentine's Day, a purchase of 3 bottles of 2020 Crux Port will include a box of chocolates from Fleur Sauvage Chocolates. The flavors are: Orange Dark Chocolate, Mexican Chocolate, Raspberry Milk Chocolate, and 70% Dark Chocolate Ganache **
