Our GSM blend was inspired by the wines of the southern Rhone Valley of France, terroir driven wines with balance and finesse. The aromatics of this Grenache dominated blend are reinforced with Syrah and Mourvédre for body and complexity. It is very versatile to pair with food; our favorites are with duck or lamb. We expect this wine to be very nice on release and to age gracefully for more than 10 years.
