The nose starts with notes of lemon zest & lime leaf followed by lychee, brioche & slate. Meyer lemon on the front of the palate followed by quince & nectarine w/ a limestone finish.

• Pressed to tank and fermented at low temperatures for 35 days
• Aged in concrete egg for 5 months prior to bottling
