A complex, bright tasting red wine with great fruit characteristics 2022 @azcentral Arizona Wine Competition - Bronze Tasting Notes: Strawberry patch and a brambly note hit the nose first hand. Dusty leather with lavender and sage continue to delight the nose. On the first sip, the cherry and strawberry notes take first place, with a continuing leather character and hints of green cardamom, thyme, and savory stretching out the palate.

• Destemmed and cold soaked 24 hours before inoculation
• Twice a day pumpovers for the entirety of the 10 day fermentation
• Pressed to barrel and aged 17 months before bottling
